This page allows you to load and view an IP Office SMDR file in Internet Explorer 6 and 7. The file can then be sorted and filtered. Due to browser security restrictions you may have to save this page as a local file on your PC in order for it to work.

Key
Call ID
This is a unique number assigned to each call. SMDR records with the same Call ID are different stages of the same.
Continuation Flag
A 0 indicates that the record is the end of the call. A 1 indicates that there are further records for the same call, ie. records with the same Call ID.
Duration
The duration for a record is the Ring time + Connected time + Hold time + Parked time (plus the same again for any other records with the same Call ID).
Direction
The call direction consists of two parts, incoming (I)/outgoing (O) and internal (1)/external (0).
- O0 = Outgoing external. / I0 = Incoming external.
- 01 = Outgoing internal. / I1 = Incoming internal.
P1/P2 Device/Name
The party 1 device and party 2 device fields indentify the IP Office devices involved in the call. The name identifies the device further.
- E = Extension.
- T = Trunk.
- V = Virtual channel to voicemail server or conference.
